This site is dedicated to the village of Natland, a small community near Kendal in Cumbria, and to the memory of the men from the village who gave their lives in the two World Wars.

The War Memorial Project

The heart of this site is the war memorial section, which presents the research of John Chandler into the men from Natland who lost their lives in the First and Second World Wars. John is a long-term Natland resident who has spent many years researching and documenting each individual's story.
